The source behind the flavour

A European truffle house, now closer to Ontario kitchens.

Tuber House is the Canadian chef channel by Divine Truffles, a Bulgarian truffle source established in the European trade since 2008. Fresh lots are selected from wild Bulgarian harvests, named by species, and released to approved chef accounts through a weekly reservation model.

The Italian Truffle Pantry carries the same sourcing story into sauces, oils, creams, slices, and giftable pantry products made in Italy for restaurants, specialty retail, private dining, and home kitchens.

Fresh truffles change with every harvest. Each Thursday, approved chef accounts receive the current lot details - species, grade, photos, aroma notes, available grams, and price per gram - before reserving for the coming service week.
